The Region of Halton, Ontario comprised of the City of Burlington and the towns of Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills, provides the benefits of the GTA with competitive advantages in their employment lands. Employment lands are an integral component of the Region’s economic development, which is very evident in the Town of Milton's employment lands. The Region of Halton is strengthening, resulting in a decline of availability in its industrial inventory, specifically in the Town of Milton.
